Sal Alosi allegedly got into fistfight with Darrelle Revis

Sal Alosi

P. Diddy and his team are making an effort to smear Sal Alosi in order to reduce the chances the hip hop mogul faces charges for allegedly assaulting the UCLA coach.

Earlier this week, Diddy was arrested for allegedly attacking Alosi, a UCLA strength and conditioning coach. Reports said P. Diddy punched Alosi and swung a kettlebell at an intern. Since then, Diddy has claimed that he acted in self-defense. He and his team are now trying to make Alosi appear as an unsympathetic victim.

Diddy’s team has claimed that Alosi mentally abused the rapper’s son, Justin Combs, who has been a defensive back on the Bruins the past three years. Their latest move was getting a letter from a chiropractor who worked with the Jets in 2010 and observed a pattern of abusive behavior from Alosi, according to TMZ. She also wrote that she saw Alosi get into a fistfight with then Jets start cornerback Darrelle Revis. The woman also claims Alosi verbally abused and humiliated her.

Collectively, these details gathered by Diddy’s team could reduce the likelihood of prosecutors moving forward with charges against the businessman.

Overall it appears that everyone was in the wrong, just to varying degrees. Justin Combs probably should have been working harder and not missing workouts; Alosi probably was chiding the youngster and riding him too hard the past few years; and Diddy should not have gotten physical on Monday. We’re guessing that he avoids charges altogether.
