Anthony Munoz’s disgusting finger is back to haunt us
Concussions may be some of the most dangerous injuries a football player can sustain, but they are not the only battle wounds that stick with you for life. Former Cincinnati Bengals offensive lineman Anthony Munoz reminds us of that every year when the annual Hall of Fame induction ceremonies take place.
We have seen players suffer some terrifying finger injuries while playing, but those are usually fixed by team doctors. Munoz, an 11-time Pro Bowler, last played in the NFL in 1992 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1998. Yet, it still looks like he just got stepped on by a defensive lineman five minutes ago. That can’t be fun.
