Lance Stephenson jokes he was not involved in Blake Griffin altercation

Earlier this week, we learned Blake Griffin injured his hand in what was called a “team-related incident.” As more details emerged, we learned Griffin suffered a broken hand as a result of him punching a member of the Clippers’ equipment staff.
Upon initially hearing Griffin was involved in an altercation with someone within the organization, you would not be alone if your first thought was the other person was Lance Stephenson. After all, when Stephenson was with the Pacers, he reportedly got into a fight with Evan Turner during a practice. However, this time Stephenson had nothing to do with it and wanted to make sure we know.
ESPN’s Mike Wells recently caught up with Stephenson, who joked about his lack of involvement in Griffin’s incident.
Caught up with ex-Pacer and current Clipper Lance Stephenson and FIRST thing he said was, "I bet you thought it was me at first. Not me!"

Stephenson has had a tough time getting consistent minutes of late so it’s possible you may have forgotten he was even on the Clippers. Well, Stephenson still is and he isn’t punching any teammates, or being punched by any.
