LeBron James dealt with a familiar issue during Game 7 of the Cleveland Cavaliers’ series against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday.
James left the game with a minute left in the third quarter to finally take a break. He headed into the locker room at the time.
ESPN later reported that James was dealing with cramps despite hydrating heavily throughout the game. LeBron later re-entered the game with 8:25 left in the fourth quarter.
LeBron had been a monster in the game. He hit the 40-point mark for the third time in the series and hovered near 70 percent shooting. He famously got cramps in the 2012 Finals against the Thunder and again in the 2014 Finals against the Spurs.
