Mikal Bridges tried to test Sagaba Konate during the Sweet 16 game between West Virginia and Villanova on Friday, and he learned his lesson not to do it again.
Bridges took a pass in transition and tried to drive to the basket and dunk in transition, but he was met by Konate. The West Virginia big man used a two-handed block to reject Bridges:

The huge block by Konate came when he had three fouls, so he was taking a risk. The block also helped preserve the Mountaineers’ 52-50 lead at the time.
That was a serious play by the big man.
