Florida Gators CB Quincy Wilson guaranteed victory over Tennessee by using a funny quote.
The junior defensive back spoke with reporters and rhetorically asked, “you ever seen a duck pull a truck?” Then he answered that “a duck don’t pull a truck.”
All of that was Wilson’s way of saying that the Vols, who were the ducks in this analogy, wouldn’t be able to beat the Gators.
“Nobody has ever seen a duck pull a truck,” Wilson said. “The Florida Gators are going to win. Simple as that.”
Florida has beaten Tennessee 11 years in a row, but the Vols are 3-0 this season and higher ranked than the Gators. That means they should have a better chance of winning the game than they have in previous years.
