Watch: Fresno State executes awesome 2-point conversion on trick play
Fresno State executed an awesome 2-point conversion during their game against Minnesota on Saturday night.
The Bulldogs had just scored a touchdown to go up 19-14 on the Golden Gophers late in the third quarter. They lined up as if they were going to try an extra point but instead shifted their formation and went with a trick play. It worked perfectly:

That helped them go up 21-14.
The best part is this is evidence of excellent film study by Fresno State’s staff. They used almost the same play Iowa used against Minnesota last year to score:

Well done Jeff Tedford, well done. Unfortunately for him, his Bulldogs lost 38-35 in overtime and are now 0-2.
