Fedora is 79-62 in stints as a head coach with Southern Miss and North Carolina. His most successful season was an 11-win campaign with the Tar Heels in 2015.
Fedora had some very good offenses in Chapel Hill, and he inherits a solid unit at Baylor. He also brings experience and reputation to the job. As long as he avoids getting too deep into the societal necessity of football, he should do just fine.
