Rip Hamilton birthday cake

Rip Hamilton recently celebrated his 35th birthday, and the Chicago Bulls guard finally got around to sharing a photo of his amazing birthday cake.

Rip turned 35 on Feb. 14 and celebrated the weekend before his big day. On Sunday, he posted a photo on Instagram of his awesome birthday cake.

The cake depicts four figurines of Hamilton seated at a table playing cards. Each figurine represents Hamilton from a different stage in his playing career. There is one figurine of Hamilton with the Wizards, Pistons, Bulls, and UConn. They are so detailed they all have headbands, wristbands and even a shooting sleeve.

In the foreground of the cake, there is a box showing a replica championship ring Rip won as a star player on the 2003-2004 Detroit Pistons. There is also a mask an Air Jordan shoe, both of which Rip has worn most of his career. The card at the bottom also boasts about the three overtime game the Knicks and Pistons played in New York on Dec. 27, 2006. The Knicks won the game 151-145, but Hamilton had 51 points.

The best part of all? As Hamilton noted via Twitter, everything there was edible cake.

If Floyd Mayweather Jr. thought his birthday cake was cool, he needs to look at Rip’s.
