The New Orleans Saints’ running back combination of Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram has been one of their staples in recent years, but that will be no more after Ingram agreed to sign with the Baltimore Ravens in free agency.
That news, while not unexpected, was a real downer for Kamara, who paid tribute to his departing teammate on Twitter after the news broke.

Much as Kamara loved playing with Ingram, the veteran was clearly not a huge fan of the time-splitting arrangement in place in New Orleans. Ingram will now get to be a feature back, and Kamara may gain some added responsibility as well.
