Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Artie Burns reportedly suffered a non-contact injury during Wednesday’s practice.
Little is known about the injury. It was reportedly a right knee injury, and Burns was not in the locker room at the conclusion of practice.
Steelers CB Artie Burns left practice after suffering a non-contact right knee injury, confirmed to @TheAthleticPIT by both Mike Hilton and Cam Sutton. Burns wasn't in the locker room following practice. Sutton would start if Burns can't go on Sunday.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that Burns’s ligaments were intact.
This is true. I’m told the ligaments are intact. Quite a scare, though. https://t.co/RLNWQD6NPp

This would be an undeniable blow to the Pittsburgh defense. Burns started all of Pittsburgh’s regular season games, with one interception. It wouldn’t even be the most traumatic injury to a Steelers defender this season, but it will hurt Pittsburgh ahead of their playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
