Avonte Maddox was carted off the field in Green Bay on Thursday night after being hit by teammate Andrew Sendejo.
The Philadelphia Eagles were leading 34-27 with just over a minute left and defending against the Packers, who had the ball for a 2nd-and-10. Aaron Rodgers completed a pass to Robert Tonyan, and Maddox was nailed by Sendejo, who was closing in for the tackle.

Maddox, a fourth-round pick last year, was said to be moving on the ground. He was strapped to a backboard as his teammates gathered around and was taken away on a cart. The 23-year-old cornerback had eight tackles and a pass defended prior to his injury.
This was the second instance a player was carted off the field after Jamaal Williams was earlier in the game.
The Eagles later shared positive news on Maddox.
Avonte Maddox has movement in all extremities. For precautionary reasons he has been sent to the hospital for further evaluation.
