Dolphins players happy to see Vic Fangio leave?
The Miami Dolphins surprised many by parting ways with defensive coordinator Vic Fangio earlier in the week, but the decision appears to have been received positively by members of the team.
On Wednesday, the Dolphins announced they were mutually parting ways with Fangio, which prompted a variety of reactions on social media. One that received the most attention was a video Dolphins safety Jevon Holland posted of himself kicking rocks.

High-profile agent Drew Rosenhaus also said in an interview that a number of Dolphins players did not see eye-to-eye with Fangio.

Few doubt Fangio’s credentials, as he has been one of the most accomplished defensive coordinators in the league in recent years. It’s fair to ask whether he needs to adapt better to players, or whether his style is simply going to alienate some while ultimately improving a defensive unit.
Fangio is expected to land with the Philadelphia Eagles, who clearly have no concerns over issues like this developing — or, at the very least, think they can be dealt with.
