Gareon Conley accused of rape

Gareon Conley has been named in a police report from a woman who claims he raped her, and the former Ohio State star insists the allegations are completely fabricated.

According to a police report obtained by TMZ, a 23-year-old female claims Conley raped her in a Cleveland hotel bathroom on April 9. The report states that the woman met Conley in the elevator at the Westin in Cleveland and he asked her to come back to his room with his friends. You can read more details below:

According to the report, the accuser says she met Conley in an elevator and he asked her to have a foursome with another friend of his. The woman says she declined and offered to watch the other people have sex instead.

A short time later, the woman says Conley unbuttoned her pants and began to have sex with her. She claims she said, “No, stop, it hurts!” but he kept going until he finished. She says he then kicked her out of the hotel room.

The woman called 911 and described her assailant as a “black male who wouldn’t take his sunglasses off and had an Ohio State tattoo on his left forearm.”

The woman says she went to a local hospital where a rape kit was administered. But she refused to speak to cops afterward.

Two of Conley’s friends who were also at the hotel told police Conley had no physical contact with the accuser, and they insist the woman was just angry she had been told to leave the room. Conley’s attorney called the allegations “ludicrous and ridiculous.” Police are still investigating.

Conley, a defensive back, is expected to be chosen somewhere in the first half of the first round of the NFL Draft later this week. The 21-year-old was named Second Team All-Big Ten in his junior season last year.
