Longtime Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce on Wednesday had a different kind of drive-thru experience at his local McDonald’s.
During that morning, Kelce drove to his familiar McDonald’s restaurant at Broomall for his usual order: a sausage, egg, and cheese. But on this occasion, he had a gift in return for his favorite server, Danielle Bonham.
Kelce had a signed jersey of his ready for Bonham that included a special dedication just for her.

“I’m forever grateful and very fortunate to have crossed paths with him as many times as I did, and I just wish him nothing but the best,” Bonham said, via Kelly Rule of FOX29 Philadelphia.
Kelce probably isn’t going to give up eating McDonald’s breakfast sandwiches just yet. But the 6-time All-Pro’s gesture to Bonham may be to commemorate the last time he drives through while still officially a member of the Eagles.
Kelce was filled with emotion on Monday after the Eagles’ 32-9 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to end their season. The videos of Kelce at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla. depicted a man who looked ready to retire.
Reports from inside the Eagles’ locker room have all but confirmed Kelce’s retirement. The 36-year-old lineman, however, appears to be spreading love — and signed jerseys — before speaking on that matter himself.
