Johnny Manziel reportedly partied in Cabo week after girlfriend incident
Johnny Manziel was off partying in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the week after allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley, according to a report.
The Daily Mail says Manziel and a group of male friends rented out a $2,500-a-night five-bedroom villa in Cabo the week after Manziel’s alleged assault. The paper says Manziel’s group threw wild parties sometimes including as many as 15 women as guests.
“He was surrounded by his boys, attractive girls and plenty of alcohol, he was having a good time,” a source told the Daily Mail.
The source also told the Daily Mail that Manziel’s crew came prepared with a stash of condoms and had so many they blew them up as balloons.
The trip reportedly went down at the beginning of February. Manziel’s alleged incident with Crowley occurred on Jan. 29. Crowley’s attorney says Manziel hit Crowley so hard he ruptured her ear drum, causing a loss of hearing. Manziel has not been charged for the alleged assault, but Dallas police reportedly have surveillance video they are reviewing.
Manziel has been fairly quiet recently, but he did make an appearance at former Texas A&M teammate Mike Evans’ wedding the weekend after the Super Bowl. He also returned to social media Tuesday with this bizarre choice of actions.
