Karlos Williams worked out for Steelers
Free agent running back Karlos Williams is looking to work his way back onto an NFL roster after being waived by the Buffalo Bills recently.
In addition to workout out with the Jets, Williams recently worked out for the Steelers, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Williams was released by the Bills after showing up for training camp significantly overweight. He is also suspended for the first four games of the season, which gives teams even less reason to sign him now.
Williams will need to get in shape in order to show teams he is ready to resume the level of play he achieved last season when he scored 9 touchdowns and averaged 5.6 yards per carry as a rookie.
