Detroit Lions defensive tackle A’Shawn Robinson got heated with the media after Sunday’s loss to the Minnesota Vikings.
Robinson was asked after the game about the 70-yard run allowed to Dalvin Cook to set up a Vikings touchdown. He had a terse response and told reporters to “get out of [his] face.”
Lions DT A'Shawn Robinson asked today about the 70-yard run by Dalvin Cook: "Does it look like I talk to y’all? No. … Get out of my face."

MLive’s Lions reporter Kyle Meinke says that Robinson further told a teammate not to talk with the media.
And then he made it worse by interrupting Da'Shawn Hand and telling him not to talk.
I normally don't care if a player doesn't want to talk, but actively shutting down the locker room around you from league-mandated media obligations is the height of unprofessionalism. https://t.co/vOyAPlCMhZ

The hostility seems extreme, but the Lions players may just be taking their cues from their head coach when it comes to treatment of the media.
