NFL world reacts to Tom Brady unretirement news
Tom Brady stunned the NFL world when he announced on Sunday that he would be returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers rather than retiring.
Brady’s retirement announcement last month came abruptly, with very little advanced notice or rumors that the 44-year-old was considering stepping away. But there were multiple signals that he was reconsidering his decision.
Then, just a few hours before he announced his return, a video of Brady talking with a soccer star about retirement went viral (watch here).
Brady then announced over Twitter that he would be returning to the Bucs.
These past two months I’ve realized my place is still on the field and not in the stands. That time will come. But it’s not now. I love my teammates, and I love my supportive family. They make it all possible. I’m coming back for my 23rd season in Tampa. Unfinished business LFG pic.twitter.com/U0yhRKVKVm

Brady’s retirement lasted just one month. His announcement overshadowed March Madness.
