San Diego sports fans were living in a bizarro world on Sunday.
San Diego Union-Tribune sports editor Jay Posner shared a photo on Twitter Sunday of a full-page ad the Oakland Raiders took out in the paper:

According to Posner, the ad was also placed in other Southern California newspapers.
It’s clear the Raiders are looking to expand their fanbase as they prepare for a move to Las Vegas. San Diego is somewhat of a vulnerable market for the NFL since they lost the Chargers. However, the Chargers and Raiders have long been rivals, with many San Diegans despising the Silver and Black. If they’re looking to convert fans, starting in San Diego is not a good place.
