When Doc Brown locked in the Chicago Bears to beat the Buffalo Bills by at least seven points on Sunday, he clearly forgot that Fred Jackson was still playing for Buffalo.
Jackson rushed for 61 yards on seven carries and caught 3 passes for 13 yards during his team’s 23-20 overtime win. The key play came in overtime when he rushed 38 yards down the left sideline to set up a short field goal to end the game.
Bears DB Chris Conte caught up with Jackson around the 20-yard line, but Jackson pushed him around with a mean stiff arm twice and powered his way to the two. He even knocked Conte over with his stiff arm!
You know Conte’s going to hear about that in the film room all week … and so will Jackson, but for a good reason!
