Tiger Woods angry after shot hits patrons he asked to move back (Video)

Tiger Woods had some rough moments during the first round of the Masters on Thursday, and he was frustrated with the patrons at Augusta National following at least one of his shots.

After he hit his drive into the trees on the par-4 11th hole, Woods tried to punch his second shot down the right side of the fairway. He repeatedly asked the patrons to move back to give him room for the angle he wanted to take, but it seemed as though they did not move far enough.

Woods was clearly frustrated after the shot got caught up in a group of fans, as he wanted it to run further down so he’d have an easier third shot into the green. He was unable to save par and ended up two-putting for bogey.

We’ve seen Tiger blame things on photographers in the past, but it looks like he had a pretty reasonable gripe this time. He hit his tee shot into the water on the 12th, so you have to wonder how badly the incident on 11 threw him off.
