Augie Garrido Is a Potty Mouthed Cussing Machine (Video)

This is Texas Longhorns baseball manager Augie Garrido. The video was posted on April 16th and seems to be more of a compilation video of Garrido’s greatest hits rather than a tirade from a singular event. I caution you, this video is as NSFW as possible. This may be the strongest language we’ve ever had for a video since Sparky Anderson’s tribute video. Once again, this is unsuitable for those of you with Ray Allen ears:

Garrido is 72 years old, but I’m pretty sure this isn’t an issue of him getting more grumpy with old age. He’s always been this way. He also was convicted for drunk driving in 2009 which I’m sure comes as no surprise after watching that video.

Cussing and predilection for f-bombs aside, Garrido is a darn good coach. He’s won five national titles so he obviously knows how to coach, and his philosophies about the game are superb. But if you try to follow his coaching model, we’d advise you to leave out the language.
