Well, it looks like Elgin Baylor may have miscalculated because the Clippers do not have the cap room to match the Warriors’ offer to Elton Brand. Let’s see how this plays out, being that it’s the Clippers.

As far as the Lakers are concerned, not everyone in town is a fan of a team that keeps a nicknamen from Minneapolis even though there isn’t a natural lake anywhere near Staples. It’s the next most embarrassing nickname to the Utah Jazz.

Yeah, The Clips starting 5 is serious buisness assuming they resign Brand. They have basically zero depth but Davis, Gordon/Mobley, Thornton, Brand, and Kaman is a nice lineup for sure.
