After seemingly forever, Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao will finally meet in the ring on May 2. Ahead of the bout, Pacquiao was seen wearing the above shirt while training.
The shirt shows Pac-Man, Pacquiao’s nickname, about to chomp on a dollar sign, a reference to Mayweather’s “Money” nickname.
If there was ever a fight that didn’t need anymore talking points, it would certainly be this one. MGM sold out within minutes of the announcement of the fight date. It’s the fight boxing fans have wanted to see for years. Mayweather is one of the more polarizing figures in sports. Both fighters are among the top boxers of our generation.
Early betting odds are favoring Mayweather. This T-shirt clearly gives Pacquiao the advantage. In three months we will know who really comes out on top.
