Former MLB outfielder Gabe Kapler is a fitness freak. He was one of the most chiseled players in the league during his 12 seasons as a pro, and Kapler now runs a lifestyle and fitness blog that gives readers pointers on how to stay healthy and fit. He also throws in a few bonuses that might help you with either the ladies or your dominant hand.
On Monday, Kapler wrote a post about the benefits of using coconut oil in everyday life. He claims organic coconut oil is a great teeth whitener, skin rejuvenator, lip moisturizer and more. His closing thoughts on the matter got a bit more saucy, if you will.

Perhaps you have a friend nearby, perhaps it’s just you by your lonesome … well, this is awkward. I’ve promised you authenticity, honesty and openness. Take this how you wish and I’ll spare you the step by step. Coconut oil is the world’s greatest lubricant. I can’t help where your mind goes with this. Once the ball leaves the bat, I can’t steer it.
