Chad Johnson: If the Dolphins cut me, I’ll look toward a career in porn

Chad Johnson was under a gag order in New England last season, and he has wasted no time making up for it now that he has moved on to Miami. Training camp is just barely underway, and the artist formerly known as Ochocinco is already back to his unfiltered ways when talking to the media. Chad gave his first official training camp press conference on Wednesday, and it included plenty of cursing mixed in with some talk about porn, strip clubs and Gene Simmons.

One of the most memorable moments from the discussion came when a reporter asked Chad what he will do if the Dolphins cut him before the season.

“I’m always looking to a second job,” Johnson replied according to the Palm Beach Post. “Thinking about going into porn. It’s not funny. I got to earn a living. I’m being serious. I mean, that’s what I would do.”

Certainly isn’t the first time he’s talked about porn. There was also Chad saying he doesn’t believe in rookie hazing and that he would rather take all of the young receivers to Tootsie’s, which is a popular strip club in Miami. That conversation arose when he was asked why his fingernails were painted black. Here was Chad’s explanation for the manicure.

“I was hanging with Gene Simmons during the offseason a little bit, working on some music that him and I were doing,” he said. “I’m somewhat of a rocker, hippie, smoking weed, sh** like that.”

Poor Evelyn. We can’t really stress that enough at this point. Even if Johnson is completely joking about most of the stuff he says, she must just sit at home and stare at the television wondering why she ever married a guy who proposed to her while playing a video game and had to remain in touch with his Twitter followers throughout their wedding. If you liked the old Chad, it looks like you’re in luck. Even if his skills don’t return, his mouth certainly has.
