Jarryd Hayne, aka my favorite NFL player, showed just how nervous he was as roster cuts loomed across the NFL on Saturday.

But then the good news came, and Hayne expressed his gratitude:

This was a no-brainer for San Francisco. Hayne was probably their most dynamic offensive player in the preseason. He was great on punt returns, he broke out with some huge runs, and he showcased a mean stiffarm and some serious toughness.
The Niners are going to stink this season, but at least they have one of the most exciting players in the league to make them somewhat watchable. I can’t wait to see what he does.
