Jalen Rose: 99 percent Kawhi Leonard re-signs with Raptors
Many reports have said that the Los Angeles Lakers are confident they are in the lead for Kawhi Leonard, but Jalen Rose is hearing the Lakers may be disappointed.
Rose, a former NBA player and current personality for ESPN, said on a Wednesday afternoon edition of “Get Up” that he is hearing it is 99 percent that Kawhi Leonard re-signs with the Raptors.

Leonard was in Toronto on Wednesday to meet with the Raptors. He is believed to be considering the Lakers, Clippers and Raptors in free agency.
Rose says Leonard is looking at signing a 2-year deal, which would put him in position to sign a larger deal after that.
Leonard’s camp has been extremely quiet about their intentions, while teams that have dealt with Leonard have not leaked any details, with the exception of Magic Johnson.
Leonard was acquired by the Raptors last offseason in a trade with the Spurs despite the threat that he would only stay one season before leaving in free agency. He ended up leading the team to the championship.
