Floyd Mayweather Jr. Sued by His Las Vegas Homeowners Association

Do you know what this is called? All the posts about the negative actions and run-ins involving Floyd Mayweather Jr. lately? It’s called Karma. It’s Karma because this doofus won’t fight Manny Pacquiao and instead is getting into trouble at every turn. The rundown includes a domestic violence charge, and a misdemeanor battery charge. Oh yeah, how can we forget this incident with a security guard at his gated community?

It’s actually occurrences like the run-in with the security guards that has him in trouble with his homeowners association. The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that Mayweather’s HOA is suing him for more than $10,000 and asking “a district judge to order the 33-year-old to abide by the community vehicular and parking rules and to stop threatening and harassing security guards.” In addition to his defiant actions towards security, the HOA is upset with Mayweather for violating “association vehicular and parking regulations, including entering the community via an exit gate, not equipping his car with a required transponder and not putting association decals on his vehicles.”

In short, Mayweather is being sued for being a jerk who thinks he doesn’t have to follow the rules everyone else plays by. $10,000 is nothing for Floyd, so unfortunately the hassle might cause him to be more of a jerk than anything else. I wish the guy would be a more sensible human being and just get into the ring to fight Pacquiao already.
