Lane Kiffin continues to make the most of the fact that his Ole Miss team beat Whit Weeks and the LSU Tigers on Saturday.
Kiffin’s daughter Landry went Instagram official with Weeks, an LSU linebacker, the Monday before the clash between the two teams, adding an intriguing storyline to the game. Kiffin’s Rebels beat LSU 24-19, giving him the bragging rights.
As he often is, Kiffin was eager to keep rubbing it in hours after the game. ESPN cameras caught Weeks throwing up before a play during the first quarter of the game, prompting one fan to jokingly ask what Landry Kiffin gave him to make him sick.
Lane Kiffin took note of the post and responded himself with one word: “Tempo.”

Kiffin had already singled out Weeks in his postgame interview. A roasting on social media was probably inevitable after that. After all, not many people will ever have the chance to say they coached their football team to a win over their daughter’s boyfriend’s squad.
Weeks and Kiffin actually had a little altercation during the game between the two teams last year. Presumably, things have remained more civil this time, though Kiffin certainly seems to be doing his best to get a rise out of his daughter’s boyfriend.
