Urban Meyer was a little too focused on preparing for his team’s playoff game against Alabama to worry about what was happening in the Rose Bowl between Oregon and Florida State. Maybe he heard that his Buckeyes would be facing the Ducks, but he didn’t know too many details about the game. That is what makes this video so incredible.
During his postgame news conference, Urb was informed that Oregon won their playoff game by nearly 40 points thanks to a second-half landslide. His genuinely stunned reaction was awesome, as was his line that he would have to get to work on preparing for the Ducks immediately.
Oregon is favored by about 7 points over Ohio State. After seeing the way the Buckeyes dismantled Wisconsin and beat Alabama, I have a hard time picking against them.
