Watch: James Franklin finds one of his players absent from class
James Franklin paid a visit to a classroom this week and found out one of his football players was not in attendance.
On Tuesday, Franklin surprised some Penn State students by showing up to their classroom. While there, he called out the names of his football players who are enrolled in the class. Those who were present stood up so Franklin could see them. When Micah Parsons’ name was called there was no reply because he was not there.

Parsons was the jewel of Penn State’s 2018 recruiting class. He was a five-star recruit who is capable of playing defensive end or linebacker. He chose Penn State over Georgia, Ohio State, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. But something tells us that he’s going to have some explaining to do.
