Gabriella Zuniga has retired from OnlyFans following the settlement of her lawsuit with Shannon Sharpe.
Zuniga and Sharpe were in a long-term consensual relationship that her attorney described “tumultuous.” She had filed a lawsuit against Sharpe in April in which she sought $50 million. The suit led to much negative publicity for Sharpe, who ended up stepping away from his role at ESPN.
Zuniga’s lawyer Tony Buzbee announced on Friday that the lawsuit had been settled. Zuniga made her announcement in a note posted to her Instagram profile on Saturday.
“Today, I have decided to retire from [OnlyFans],” Zuniga wrote. “Thank you for the incredible support you’ve shown me over the past few years. This community has given me a life I could have never imagined. I’ll still be active on social media and have several new projects in the works that I can’t wait to share! I’m truly excited for this next chapter. I love you all forever and ever.”
OnlyFans is a subscription service that caters towards adult entertainment. The implication is that Zuniga made so much money from the settlement with Sharpe that she no longer needs to sell her body for money.
Zuniga is promising that she has “several new projects” upcoming. It will be interesting to see what Sharpe has coming next now that the suit has been settled. There were previous rumors that ESPN was planning a show for him.
