Joe Flacco misses practice with shoulder problem, still may play
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco was held out of practice on Wednesday with that the team is calling a “right shoulder issue.”
Coach John Harbaugh didn’t go into detail, saying only that Flacco had suffered the injury during Sunday’s game against the New York Giants. Harbaugh also said that Flacco still has a shot at being able to start Sunday against the Jets.

According to ESPN’s Ed Werder, the injury is a joint irritation in his throwing shoulder.

The Ravens’ offense has been bad even with Flacco. Ryan Mallett would get the call if Flacco can’t go, but you can bet the Ravens would much rather not have to go that route.
