Report: Tom Brady dealing with injury to non-throwing shoulder
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady missed practice on Tuesday, and he is reportedly dealing with an injury to his left shoulder.
According to Karen Kuregian of the Boston Herald, Brady first “dinged” his shoulder in New England’s Oct. 1 game against the Carolina Panthers. He then aggravated the injury further when he was slammed to the turf on one of three sacks in a win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Thursday. Guregian describes the injury as a “left shoulder irritation.”
Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports that Brady is not in danger of missing Sunday’s game against the New York Jets.

The good news for the Patriots is that Brady’s injury is not serious and is to his non-throwing shoulder. The bad news is he is on pace to be sacked more times this year than any other season in his career. Eventually, the hits are going to take their toll on a 40-year-old player.
