Ronda Rousey beats Alexis Davis in 16 seconds (Video)

Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey is an absolute animal in the octagon.

Rousey successfully defended her UFC women’s bantamweight title with a 16-second win over Alexis Davis at UFC 175 on Saturday night. Rousey wiped out Davis so quickly that her walk to the ring took longer than the entire fight.

Rather than feeling ripped off that they only got 16 seconds of action from the co-main event, fans instead were amazed by the show of dominance.

Rousey caught Davis with a punch, knee, then did a judo hip toss, and finished her off with multiple punches to the head before the fight was called. She attacked Davis like a starved lion going after a hunk of meat.

Many from the sports world loved the show:

@RondaRousey damn girl. U ain't have to drop her like that! !!!!! @ufc #175

From the moment she walked out of the tunnel and entered the octagon, Rousey looked focused, determined, and like all she wanted to do was destroy Davis:

Here’s another look at the highlights:

Alexis Davis was so disoriented after the fight was called off she wrestled the referee.
