Auburn outfielder Tiffany Howard made the play of the game in the WCWS against Oklahoma on Tuesday night when she robbed what would have been a tie-breaking 2-run home run in the top of the sixth.

Oklahoma’s Shay Knighten looked like she had a 2-run home run that would have put the Sooners up 9-7 in the top of the sixth with two outs, but Howard was there and reached over the wall for the grab.

Oklahoma already led the series 1-0 and needed just one victory to take the title, which shows how much more important the home run-robbing catch was.
Thanks to that momentum, Auburn got a walk-off grand slam from Emily Carosone to win the game 11-7 in the eighth. They came back from down 7-0 to win the game and send it to a third game.
