Manny Pacquiao Reportedly Wants $28 Million to Fight Juan Manuel Marquez Again

Manny Pacquiao is willing to face Juan Manuel Marquez a fourth time, but he wants $28 million for the fight the The Philippine Star reports.

Pacquiao won a majority decision over Marquez in November, the third fight between the men. After the controversial decision, promoter Bob Arum began calling for a fourth bout. Now that Floyd Mayweather is headed to jail for 90 days, Pacquiao is looking for a new opponent. Marquez could be it.

Pacquiao made $20 million in their November fight while Marquez took home $5 million. It’s also been reported that Marquez wants a raise if they square off again.

Pac Man is said to be open to another fight because a lot of people were “not contented” with the November decision. That’s awfully ballsy of him, because Marquez seems to have his number. I thought the fight was a draw and wouldn’t mind another fight between the two, though all I really care about is watching Pacquiao-Mayweather.
