It’s funny how all the Manny supporters keep bashing Floyd and his folk. All the mud-slinging is unnecessary. Whatever you want to say about Floyd, you have to admit that he keeps winning by virtue of hitting more often than he is hit. Manny, on the other hand, keeps getting hit by guys bigger (and assumedly stronger) than he is, yet he doesn’t seem fazed. It is this uncanny ability that has intelligent people worried; this awesome ability to absorb punishment without being hurt. No one with any sense will assume that to be normal; Manny’s defensive skills appear to be minimal, but then he doesn’t need to evade any punches if he is certain that he cannot be hurt. That gives him an advantage. That advantage is good for Manny (any boxer would be happy to have it). If it comes from exercise, training or genetics then bully for you Manny; your superhuman ability to absorb blows is something to be applauded and respected. But if, on the other hand, it comes from a bottle or a hypodermic needle, it’s cheating and should be roundly condemned. Come on now, years ago, when Mayweather Jr.was on his way to the top to become the best, nobody questioned his manner of getting there? Why now? Did he resort to such methods as his dad claims Manny is doing right now? Does it take one to know one?

Boxing rules are governed by the Nevada State if fights are held in Las Vegas. Let them conduct what is currently being used and not what Mayweather Sr. suggests. Why suddenly replace something that still works.

Father is just concerned about his son getting bashed, that’s what I think.
