Jacksonville Jaguars fans got a major scare on Sunday when rookie phenom Leonard Fournette limped off the field after suffering a non-contact injury, but it sounds like the running back is not going to miss significant time.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Fournette is expected to play in Week 7 vs. the Indianapolis Colts despite hurting his foot.

Anytime you see a play like the one where Fournette went down, the biggest fear is a torn ACL. Fortunately for Fournette, it appears he only tweaked his ankle.
Fournette rushed for 130 yards and a touchdown on 21 carries in Sunday’s loss to the Los Angeles Rams. He has made a major impact in Jacksonville this season, ranking second in the NFL behind only Kareem Hunt with 596 rushing yards.
