UPDATE: Rumors say Venus Williams and Hank Kuehne might be engaged!
Something tells me that I’ve seen this news somewhere before, but now that she’s at Wimbledon (and advancing to the 4th round), the pics are all over. Bossip tells me that Venus is going with this Hank Kuehne character who pocketed just over 10k on the Nationwide Tour as a golfer (and $2.6 mil on the PGA Tour as Curt in the comments points out). Now he has the pleasure (?) of traveling first class around the world and nailing Venus Williams at night. Yikes. He’s also reportedly divorced, carrying some baggage. So where and how did these two get together? There are some questions that just may never go answered. This might be one of them.

Wow, you guys really are stupid. Hank Kuehne comes from a great golf family and is one of the longest hitters in PGA tour history. While he hasn’t won much on the great “Nationwide Tour”, he’s won $2,727,633 on that lesser tour called the PGA Tour (you might have heard of it). He’s been plagued by injuries and other off-the-course problems during his career. Next time you open your mouths and call someone a loser, hopefully you’ll know something about what you’re saying.

Not sure where everyone got the idea that Venus and Serena only date white men. Serena has dated (the ones I know about) a professional football player, who is black and is currently dating an actor, who is also black. I think there is some confusion. Her current man attended Wimbleton and was sitting in the box with her dad during most of her matches. Not sure about Venus’ dating practices. My opinion is that this guy is a golddigger and I would say the same thing if it were a woman/man no matter what color they are. This reeks of someone trying to get into the spotlight because his career is in the dumps. But, hey, I don’t know. Only God knows what’s really going on.

I’ve always been infatuated with Venus and Serena. They are beautiful, strong and healthy young women, and unbelievably talented and driven tennis players. I have no idea what they are like personally (and neither do the rest of you), but from what we can see, either one would be a great prospect for a partner (even without the money).

Just stumbled across this while reading about Venus’s 4th Wimbledon. Very interesting comments indeed. I personally don’r care that she’s dating a white man. I am Jamaican and prefer black men, but have not been treated very well by them. The most imprttant thing in any relationship in my humble opinion is that man respects and treats her well. I am damn sure that Richard Williams is not going to let any opportunist exploit Venus. So, this leads me to believe that this is the real deal. A sign of the times how distance we are from each other. I saw it starting in the seventies. With new opportunities in the world, blacks, especially woman went nuts, with all the glamour of the world. The guys ego-tripped and started being self absorbed with the enlighten knowledge we started to envision. It’s all by design. You miss my point! I am not jealous of Venus, nor do I begrudge someone for their endorsements. I am just complaining about her lack of dedication to the her craft. She is a typical example of the modern day athlete who makes big bucks at a young age and then loses the desire to compete. Never mind who she is dating. She is missing a date with history. No one is going to remember her as one of the all time greats when she is winning one major every couple of years.
I do not have her God given talent and again am not jealous. I was really pulling for her and Serena a few years ago, but now I have become dissapointed and bored with their lack of desire and dedication.
Every man and woman has a right to choose whom they please. I have problems with those who label an entire race as bad or good, such as there are no good black men so I date white men, Or there are no good white women so I date black women.
