Angels reportedly listening to offers for Hector Santiago
Make room on the southpaw trading block for Hector Santiago.
According to a report by Jerry Crasnick of ESPN on Monday, the Angels are listening to trade inquiries that have been made for Santiago.
Add Hector Santiago to the list of available starters. Several clubs have inquired about him, and the #Angels are listening.

The 28-year-old Santiago has been one of the only semi-bright spots for a decimated Angels pitching staff this season. He holds a record of 8-4 with a 4.32 ERA, a 1.29 WHIP, and 96 strikeouts in 20 starts.
Santiago made the All-Star team in 2015 and is an underrated rotation arm with a solid array of off-speed pitches. He does tend to struggle with control and consistency at times, however. Santiago is making $5 million this season and will be eligible for arbitration in 2017.
With the Angels in the midst of a lost season, they may look to move Santiago while they can still get something of value for him.
