TNT announcer Marv Albert got fooled by James Harden’s nosebleed celebration while calling Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals on Monday.
Harden got a steal and then dunked the ball midway through the second quarter of Game 7 between his Houston Rockets and the Golden State Warriors. After his dunk, Harden did a celebratory move where he fakes a nosebleed. That’s his way of saying he got up so high on the dunk that he got a nosebleed.
Albert was clearly unaware of Harden’s celebration, because he wondered if Harden had lost a contact lens.

Albert needs to do his homework.
The good news is Harden has dropped his celebration that upset Lil B. The bad news is he has a much dumber celebration now.
