Ticket prices for Toronto Raptors’ Game 6 were crazy expensive
They have Raptors fever in Toronto, and the ticket prices to match.
The prices to attend Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Saturday night at Scotiabank Arena were pretty ridiculous. Right around game time, the only tickets we were able to find when scanning the secondary ticket market ranged in price from $768 at the cheapest to $1,800 at the highest.
Scalper ticket prices were apparently just as high outside the arena.
Heard a scalper outside the arena selling raps tickets in the nosebleeds for $1000. One. Thousand.

That’s only on the low end. On the high end, the Toronto Star reported Friday that they tickets were going for just under $11,000. Prices may have gone even higher on Saturday for those looking to get in last-minute.
Why the frenzy? The Raptors have had successful teams in the past, one that even reached the conference finals. But LeBron James was always standing in their way, ready to eliminate them. This time around, there is no LeBron, they have Kawhi Leonard, and a 3-2 lead in the series against the Milwaukee Bucks. Fans did not want to miss the opportunity to see them clinch their first NBA Finals berth in franchise history. Of course, having Drake around to bring more excitement to the franchise and fire everyone up doesn’t hurt either.
