39 bets were taken by William Hill sportsbooks on Mississippi State to win.
Biggest was someone who plunked down $200, netted $4,000.

UConn came into the game with a 111-game win streak. In the previous year’s tournament, they beat Mississippi State by 60 points. You can understand why people weren’t eager to put money down on that, though it’s safe to say a few people made a fair bit of money when Morgan William’s shot went down.
