An attorney for Aaron Hernandez plans to take action against the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center for negligence in the hours leading up to the former player’s suicide.
Attorney George Leontire said Friday that Hernandez’s estate plans to take action against the prison due to the fact that nobody checked on Hernandez in the hours leading up to the former tight end’s death.

Atty Leontire: no one checked on #aaronhernadez from 8p to 3:03AM. That's extraordinary violation. #fox25

If one report is accurate, there were signs that Hernandez was going to take his own life. If those signs were clear and noticeable, it’s hard to believe anyone would have left him unobserved for five hours.
