AJ Green burned the New York Jets secondary during the Cincinnati Bengals’ 23-22 road win on Sunday, but he was still respectful of his opponents afterwards.
Green caught 12 passes for an eye-popping 180 yards and a touchdown in the Week 1 win and had a nice quote about his successes against Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis.
AJ Green on Revis: That guy has nothing left to prove, he's a 1st ballot Hall of Famer. I'm trying to get where he is.

Green caught a 54-yard touchdown against the Jets, but it came on a busted play, so the blame may not squarely fall on Revis. Revis did acknowledge he did not play well by his standards.
Darrelle Revis on how he played today: "It probably wasn't one of my better games."

The numbers indicate it was a pretty horrendous game for Revis Island.

When you’re Green and you play that well against a team, you earn the right to boast a little. Credit to him for remaining humble.
