Dalvin Cook is expected to play for the Minnesota Vikings on Thursday night against the Los Angeles Rams.
Cook is officially listed as questionable for the game with a hamstring injury that kept him out of the team’s Week 3 game against Buffalo. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported early on Thursday that the Vikings were optimistic about Cook playing against the Rams. Then around three hours from kickoff, NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport said Cook is expected to play, though he will likely play limited snaps if he does suit up.
The #Vikings expect RB Dalvin Cook to play tonight, and he did take part in today’s walk-through, source said. They will watch him carefully in warmups to be sure his hamstring responds properly and will be on a pitch count vs. the #Rams.

Cook is working his way back from a torn ACL suffered as a rookie last season that limited him to four games. He suffered the hamstring injury in overtime of the Vikings’ Week 2 tie with Green Bay.
Cook has 26 carries for 78 yards and 9 catches for 107 yards this season.
