Greg Olsen does not want anything to do with questions about the 7th Floor Crew.
Larry Brown Sports is in San Francisco this week covering the Super Bowl, and at Opening Night on Monday, I interviewed many players. I tried to ask the Carolina Panthers star tight end if there were any plans for a 7th Floor Crew reunion, but he wasn’t having any of it!
It’s a true shame that Olsen didn’t want any part of that. He was easily the best part of the Miami Hurricanes’ infamous rap song that went viral after it was leaked onto the internet in 2006. The song was heavily criticized for its content (you can listen to it here) and was used as another example of the seemingly uncontrollable nature of the Miami Hurricanes football program, but the song has built a cult following and was highly acclaimed by critics.
